AreEqual<T>(T,T) Method

The type of objects to compare.
The first object to compare.
The second object to compare.
Determines whether the two specified x and y are equal by using the default equality operator from T.

Parameters

x
The first object to compare.
y
The second object to compare.

The type of objects to compare.

true if x are equal to y; otherwise false.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
