EnableServerCertificateValidation Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether validation of server certificates (SSL/TLS) is enabled.
Syntax

Public Shared Property EnableServerCertificateValidation As Boolean
public static bool EnableServerCertificateValidation {get; set;}

Property Value

true if validation of server certificates (SSL/TLS) is enabled; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Default value is true. Be advised, that you should only disable this in case of self-signed certificates for internal testing.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
